HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33712 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the revision No. 8465/ 2016/ D4, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he filed a revision against the order passed by the appellate authority on 08.01.2017, no orders have been passed by the 2nd respondent on the said revision till date.

It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner. 4.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of Revision No. 8465/ 2016/ D4, dated 08.01.2017 filed by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, if not already passed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
