HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21815 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that her husband was assigned land admeasuring Ac.5.52 cents under Ex-Service Men Quota and out of the said land he executed a gift deed to an extent of Ac.4.95 cents in Sy.No.412/1, in favour of the petitioner on 15.06.2016. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made an application dated 11.11.2016 to the 4th respondent for mutation of her name in the revenue records. But no action has been initiated by the 4th respondent so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 11.11.2016 in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
