HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.7725 of 2015 and Crl.P.No.7725 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

The defacto complainant and his counsel Sri K.R.Koteswara Rao are present. Accused Nos.1 and 3 and their counsel Sri V.Eswaraiah Chowdary are present. Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel.

2) The defacto complainant filed a complaint to the police of Sanathnagar PS, Cyberabad and the same was registered as Crime No.192 of 2013 and after investigation charge sheet was filed against the accused and case was registered as C.C.No.163 of 2015 on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur. 3) While so, the parties have filed a petition I.A.No.1 of 2018 seeking permission to compound the offence and to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.163 of 2015. When enquiry, it is submitted that petitioners and defacto complainant have amicably resolved all their disputes and thereby they proposed to settle the disputes. Hence, they may be permitted to compound the offence and consequently quash the proceedings in C.C.No.163 of 2015 against petitioners/A1 and A3 since the offence under Section 506 IPC is compoundable one.

5) In that view of the matter and in view of submission of parties, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the parties are permitted to compound the offence involved in C.C.No.163 of 2015 on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpalluy at Miyapur.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition No.7725 of 2015 is allowed and the proceedings against A1 and A3 in C.C.No.1630 of 2015 are quashed and accordingly, they are acquitted of the offence which they charged.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
