In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No. 43 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge -cum- XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Section 3(1) (x) of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 7.11.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 43 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
