Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the presence of the petitioner herein is required for investigation purpose and for recording the statement. It is further stated by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner can visit the Police Station within 15 days, for which, the learned counsel for the petitioner expressed no objection and submitted that the petitioner will appear before the concerned Police on 5.11.2018. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
