THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34257 of 2018 ORDER:

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner files an appeal against the impugned notice and the same is in order, the authorities shall deal with the same in accordance with law, at the earliest. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
