Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a letter dated 22.11.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw the Second Appeal. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Recording the said submission, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
