THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33708 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, the written instructions dated 24.09.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Anakapalli Town P.S., Visakhapatnam District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home.

According to the said instructions, on the basis of the complaint dated 22.09.2018 lodged by the petitioner, the police have registered the Crime No.212 of 2018 for the offences u/s. 3(1) (r) (s) (w), 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (POA) Act & Sec.354-A, 506 IPC. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
