It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the facts in the present case warrant application of the common order of this Court dated 07.07.2015 rendered in Writ Petition Nos. 19970 of 2015 and batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and learned Government Pleader for Higher

Education.

Following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 19770 of 2015 and batch, dated 07.07.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
