HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.9927 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners are A2 & A3 among several accused in Crime No.73 of 2018 on the file of Tiruvuru Police Station, Krishna District. The crime is registered on 25.01.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 489B, 489-C IPC. It is based on the information and apprehension and seizure from the disclosure covered by Panchanama the crime is registered and seized from the accused the fake currency.

The contentions in the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners, for A1 already arrested and taken to judicial custody covered by the mediators panchanama from his disclosure the complicity of A2 & A3 found is showing in the remand report, about their complicity that they are innocent and falsely implicated and they never committed any such offence. 3.

A perusal of the case diary in fact shows the petitioners are earlier even involved in similar offence covered by Crime No.90 of 2015 of I Town Police Station, Rajahmundry registered for the self-same offence and the case is pending as S.C.No.292 of 2016 before the Sessions Division, Rajahmundry.

Taking into consideration of the previous involvement of petitioners in similar offence, the petitioners are not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail.
