HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29326 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. The petitioner is a Field Assistant under National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme to Alavala Grampanchayat, Rompicherla Mandal, Guntur District.

The petitioner was suspended by an order dated 20.6.2015 making certain allegations. Against the said order, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The order of suspension indicates that there are specific charges levelled against the petitioner and a disciplinary enquiry is pending against him.

Since the order impugned is an order of suspension pending enquiry, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. However, the second respondent- Project Director, District Water management Agency, Guntur, is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of eight weeks and pass appropriate orders therein, failing which, the petitioner shall be reinstated into service.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
