There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in registering a case against the petitioners in Crime No.307 of 2014 on the file of 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to proceed with any investigation against the petitioners and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.307 of 2014, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed. The same was taken on file as S.C.No.107 of 2017 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, and the same is pending trial.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
