CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.36842 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of certiorari to quash order, dated 17.06.2015, in F.A.I.A.No.216 of 2015 in F.A.(SR)No.99 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.1 Commission.

Today, by a separate order, we have allowed W.P.No.36825 of 2015, which is identical to the present writ petition. Therefore, following the said order, this Writ Petition is also allowed with the observation that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to allowing the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47458 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
