THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.2939 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in initiating the procedure under Section 32(G) of the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 without obtaining any certificate from the State Government as illegally and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.
