THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27488 OF 2010 ORDER:

Heard Sri Mirza Safiulla Baig, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, written instructions dated 16.06.2016, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Afzalgunj Police Station, Hyderabad City, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the same, in Cr.No.854 of 2010, on the file of P.S., Afzalgunj, police filed a charge sheet and the same was numbered as C.C.No.114 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad and the said Court, by way of judgment dated 12.06.2013, found the petitioner guilty of the offence punishable under Section 9(B) of Explosive Act and convicted under Section 248(2) of Cr.P.C. and sentenced him to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- and in default to undergo simple imprisonment of one month.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication further in this matter.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
