This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.21109/2015 dated 07.06.2016. In view of the above, no further orders are required in the present Contempt Case.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consequential benefits have not been paid to the petitioner. If the petitioner is entitled for any benefits, it is open to him to submit a representation to the respondents and the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
