This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 30.8.2017 in I.A. No.1148 of 2017 in O.S.No.387 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Senior CivilJudge, Khammam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
