This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.2 in entertaining O.P.No.23 of 2Ol4 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Vikarabad filed by the respondent No.5 as illegal and arbitrary
2. At the time of admission, no interim order was granted 1n the writ petition. As the tenure of the petitioner as Sarpanch was completed in the year 2018, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
