Rama Krishna, counsel, holding for Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, petitioner was promoted, and, therefore, in view of the subsequent promotion, petitioner is not intending to prosecute the writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
