In view of the Letter dated 07.09.2016 submitted by Sri A. Rama Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for appellant, to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant/ Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
