O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to allot the petitioners' land admeasuring Ac.03.-50 cents in R.S.No.392 of Atmakur village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District to 3rd parties, as illegal and arbitrary.

Counter is filed by the 4th respondent stating that the land claimed by the petitioner is recorded as Vagu Poramboke in RSR, Atmakur Village. It is also submitted that on verification of the revenue records, either the name of the petitioner or his father name was not found in respect of the subject property. It is further stated that patta number mentioned in the pattadar pass book pertains to one Jonnadula Sambasiva Rao but not to the petitioner.

Heard both sides.

Though the petitioner claims the subject property, no Adangals or pahanies are filed to show the name of the petitioner or his father.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
