THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.16708 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in threatening to remove the Toddy and palm trees existing in the land in Sy.No.418 to an extent of Ac.5-00 situated at Kallapally village, Bejjanki mandal, Siddipet District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Irrigation and Command Area (TG), Prohibition and Excise (TG) and Revenue (TG) representing the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondents are not removing the palm trees.

Learned Government Pleader also filed written instructions received from the 3rd respondent. 4.

In view of the written instructions submitted by learned Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
