THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2177 of 2022 ORDER:

1.

This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dt.18.02.2022 in IA.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.8853 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up hearing, it is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents, that pursuant to the above said order, the respondents disposed of the appeal preferred by the petitioner in terms of para 23 of G.O.Ms.No.317, GA(SPF.I) Dept, dt.06.12.2021, and issued Memo No.822/Ser.I.A1/2022-1, dt.16.02.2023. A copy of the said order is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Open Court. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the appeal of the petitioner has been disposed of favorably, the consequential proceedings of allotment by issuing posting orders need to be issued.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II assures that the consequential allotment/posting orders would be issued in terms of the proceedings dt.16.02.2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 5.

Having regard to the above undertaking given by the learned Government Pleader for Services-II, and as the respondents, though with some delay, have complied with the above order passed by this

Court by issuing the proceedings dt.16.02.2023, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
