Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2.
The material available before this Court reveals that the petitioner herein got issued a legal notice on 28.07.2017 to the Commissioner, Nirmal Municipality, Nirmal, Nirmal District/respondent No.2 herein for redressal of his grievance and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken despite receiving the said legal notice. 3.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the legal notice, dated 28.07.2017, strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
