HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 4656 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.143 of 2016 of Raikal Police Station, Jagityal District, which was registered for the offences under Section 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 16.4.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Raikal Police Station, Jagtial District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Korutla and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.143 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
