THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.26653 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in passing the refusal order No.3 of 2016 dated 21.05.2016, rejecting to register the pending document (P-52 of 2016) in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-60 cents in Sy.No.855, situated at Thimmareddypalli Village, Hanumanthunipadu Mandal, Prakasham District, on the ground that the said land is in the prohibited list furnished by the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section 72 of Registration Act, 1908 (for short 'the Act') and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under Section 72 of the Act. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
