This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not receiving examination fee of first year D.E1.Ed./D.Ed. Course, 2012-2013 students admitted in petitioner college and not permitting them to appear for first year D.E1.Ed./D.Ed. Course examinations scheduled to be held in the second week of December 2013 or any other subsequent date as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
