THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33933 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 18.09.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, read as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that, earlier a case had been registered in Cr.No.371/2018 U/s 406, 420 r/w 120 (B) IPC, dated 30.04.2018, in which the petitioner was the alleged accused wherein there were allegations against him that he has sold a plot Br.No.247/2, Adm.200 sq.yds.

in Sy.No.77, Rajarajeswarinagar Colony, Kondapur, which was in litigation and several disputes exist such as it is an earmarked property for park in the layout belongs to GHMC and with dishonest intention he sold away the property to the complainant in that case. While the case was under investigation, both parties got the case compromises in the Hon'ble High Court vide Crl.P.No.6727 of 2018, dated.29.06.2018.

It is further submitted that, there is ;no complaint lodged by anybody in Gachibowli Police Station as mentioned by the petitioner and he has not been called by anyone from Gachibowli police station. In anticipation that the neighbouring plot owners of Sy.No.77, Rajarajeswarinagar colony, Kondapur i.e. respondents 3 & 4 may lodge a complaint against him, the petitioner herein has filed this Writ Petition. Therefore, the contention o9f the petitioner is false and baseless".

By placing on record the above instructions, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of in consequence.
