ORDER

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner-A6 seeking bail in Cr.No.159 of 2015 of Railway Kodur, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,353, 307,120(B),379 r/w.Sec.109 IPC and under Section 20(1)(c)(ii)(iii)(iv) & (vi), Sec.29(iv)(a) of A.P.Forest Act, 1667, Rules 3 and 4 of A.P.Red Sanders Wood Transit Act, 1969 and under Section 3 of Prevention of Destruction to Public Property Act, 1984.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is alleged that on 15.09.2015 at about 3.00 PM., at Revuladinne Yeru in Desettipalli Forest Section at Balapalle Reserve Forest Area, Kodur Mandal, during routine check, the police official found the accused with red sander logs along with trail and they tried to attack the police with sticks and stones.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner/A6 contended that based on the confession of co-accused only, the petitioner's name was implicated in this case.

5. The petitioner was arrested on 20.09.2015. Since the confession of co-accused is relevant for the purpose of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
