THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12079 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.674 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court. He further submitted that after full fledged trial, the petitioners were acquitted of the charges framed against them.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed.
