HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33697 OF 2018 ORDER :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not deciding LTR Case No.A/LTR/2297/ENR/2016, filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent against the 4th respondent praying to evict the 4th respondent, who is a non-tribal and to restore house site property of Ac.0.03 cents in Survey No.203/3, situated at Akulavarighanapuram Revenue Village, Eturunagaram Mandal of Jayashankar Bhupalapally District, in favour of petitioner. The only grievance of the petitioner is that on his complaint LTR proceedings were initiated against the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent; that the same are still pending from the year 2016.
Heard both sides.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry in the LTR case No. A/LTR/2297/ENR/2016, as expeditiously as possible, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
