I have perused the interim order dated 24-04-2012 and the prayer made in the writ petition. Having regard thereto, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and, hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
