HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33760 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the application dated 9.3.2017, submitted by the petitioner, through Mee Seva No.MU021701191016 in Form 6A, for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed and also mutate her name in all online web land revenue records being maintained by the 3rd respondent for the agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac.2.10 gts situated at Sy.No.624 of Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application in Form VI-A on 9.3.2017, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in her favour for the subject land, the 3rd respondent did not take any action so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the application dated 9.3.2017, submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva No.MU021701191016 in Form 6A, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in her favour for the subject land and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
