ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 16.11.2007, in WP.MP.No.31682 of in WP.No.24325 of 2007.
The main grievance of the petitioner in this contempt case is that despite the above-mentioned interim order of this Court, the respondents have registered a criminal complaint for the alleged trespass into the subject land. The contempt case has been adjourned from time to time to enable the respondents to withdraw the criminal case. Today, the learned Government Pleader for Forests (AP) placed before the Court a copy of order, dated 25.02.2016, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Vinukonda, wherein he has permitted respondent No.1 to withdraw criminal case bearing DOR.No.01/2015-16.
In view of the above subsequent event, by which the respondents have purged the contempt, the contempt case is closed. The respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
