The petitioner does not have any personal interest in the subject issue, more so, he is fighting for the cause of others; and that the subject matter is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, as such this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed granting liberty to avail remedy of PIL. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
