This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 15.6.2016 in I.A. No.177 of 2016 in O.S. No.92 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Nandigama. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court posted the matter 'For Judgment' on 17.7.2018. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
