HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.9934 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners in anticipation of Sangareddy Rural Police intending to register a case at the instance of respondent No.2-de facto complainant, who is the wife of petitioner No.1, for the alleged offence under Section 498-A IPC among other non-bailable offences and likely to be arrested and deal with in third degree method saying the police already called them and moved the present anticipatory bail application of an unregistered crime.

The submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana is that there is no report and there is no crime registered and there is no basis for the apprehension. 3.

By recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Needless to say if at all in the event of registration of any crime and the same are punishable for seven years or below, the police strictly follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C.
