This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.554 of 2015 of Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/A2 to A5.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
