HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.24475 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the subject property i.e. an extent of 48.5 square yards bearing Municipal No.13-4-68/A, Alwa Panch Bhai, Karwan Sahu, Hyderabad and made constructions. Without following due process of law, the respondents are trying to demolish the constructions in the subject property.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed not to demolish the structures of the petitioner without following due process of law. If the respondents detect any deviation, it is always open for the respondents to take action by following due process of law Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
