HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4050 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A6 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.33 of 2013 on the file of III Town Police Station, Adoni, Kurnool District, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 448, 509, 354, 307, 506, 149 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Adoni III Town Police Station, Kurnool District and submitted that after completion of investigation, the crime was referred as 'FALSE', through proceedings of the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Adoni, vide C.No.392/SDPO-ADN/2014, dated 29.12.2014 and the final report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adoni and therefore, the subject matter of the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.33 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
