HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 411 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 15-07-2014 passed in Writ Petition No.19585 of 2014, whereby the learned single Judge disposed of the writ petition with the following observations: "Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and provide him an alternative job as Record Tracer or any other job which the petitioner is able to perform within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is not able to pay the installments as fixed by the respondents, he may make an application to the respondents to reduce the amount by enabling him to pay the amount which he received towards retirement benefits by increasing the instalments."

We have perused the office order dated 05-05-2014 annexed to the memorandum of appeal, issued by Personnel Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Secunderabad Region. From perusal of the office order, it appears that the respondent is unfit for the post of Shramik. In view thereof, we are not inclined to interfere with the direction issued by the learned single Judge, impugned in the present writ appeal and, hence, we dismiss the writ appeal. The appellants are directed to comply with the direction issued by the learned single Judge in the impugned order within a period of four weeks from today.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
