THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29440 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.Keshava Rao for the respondent Municipal Corporation. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioners for production of Town Survey and Land Record Certificate/No Objection Certificate for receiving and processing the application for building permission in respect of property comprising of two rooms and open land admeasuring 3049 square yards in Sy.No.166/2 of Shaikpet Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.22328 of 2017, dated 06.07.2017, and a copy of the said order is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper. A perusal of the said order shows that following the earlier order of this Court in W.P.No.6068 of 2015, dated 11.03.2015, this Court disposed of W.P.No.22328 of 2017. Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.
