The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter, dated 09.09.2019, before the Registry stating that the parties have compromised the matter and filed a Memo before the Court below to withdraw the Original Suit and the subject Original Suit was dismissed as withdrawn on 28.08.2019 and as such, requested permission to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
