HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29318 of 2016 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that his father expired on 08.11.2015 while working as Head Cook at Chitravathi Hostel in Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He left behind himself the petitioner, his sister and another brother. The petitioner is the elder son in the family. His further case is that since the other brother's name was shown in the L.I.C. policy as nominee, he claimed the said amount and he did not share the said amount. His brother is well settled. The petitioner is married and having children. He submitted a representation to the respondent on 27.07.2016 seeking appointment on compassionate ground and when the same was not considered, the present writ petition was filed. 2.

Even after issuing notice before admission to the respondent, none appeared.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
