Petitioner challenges proceedings No.370/ K2.Pts/ 2015 dated 17.10.2015 passed under sub-section 6 of Section 249 of Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

The second respondent through proceedings dated 17.10.2015 has placed petitioner under suspension for three months from the date of receipt of the order. On 02.11.2015, the proceedings impugned have been suspended by this Court until further orders. 3.
Counsel appearing for all the parties submit that, firstly, period of suspension is not extended by Government beyond three months and secondly, enquiry is pending before the second respondent. Since the period for which suspension was passed has been completed with the afflux of time, the writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. The disposal does not prevent the respondents from acting against charges leveled against petitioner in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________ S. V. BHATT, J November 10, 2016 DSK
