THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.350 of 2015 P.C.: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, submits that the impugned order, dated 15.05.2014, passed on W.P.M.P.No.18097 of 2014 in W.P.No.14575 of 2014 has already been implemented and in view thereof, this writ appeal has rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents.

Hence, the writ appeal is disposed of as rendered infructuous. It is open to the appellant to seek expeditious hearing of their vacate petition filed in W.P.No.14575 of 2014. If any such request is made, we hope and trust that the learned Single Judge shall consider the same favourably. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE,J ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:30.04.2015
