HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9487 OF 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.581 of 2011 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 447 and 427 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of APLGA Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 25.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.29 of 2011 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 09.02.2012 and therefore, the subject matter of petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.581 of 2011, has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
