ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.29 of 2015 of II Town Police Station, Gudivada, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(a) IPC and under Section 3(1)(x) of SCs and STs (POA) Act, against the petitioner/accused.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the entire investigation is completed and final report is filed referring the case as 'false' and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
