The petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no case is registered against the petitioner.

3. Since the case was not registered against the petitioner, this criminal petition for grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
