Ramasubramanian) The petitioners were aggrieved over the refusal of the university to grant affiliation to undergraduate engineering courses. No interim orders were passed at the time of admission and the entire counselling is now over. Therefore, reserving all the points raised in the writ petition to be taken up by the petitioners whenever it is appropriate, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
